Terms of Service

Customers Approval. By accepting quote you are agreeing to the following Terms of service & warranty policy

The customer confirms that all work outlined in this Work Order has been performed by Elite Appliance to their satisfaction and the Appliance is in good working order , both functionally and cosmetically. The Customer also confirms that they have inspected the Technicians work and working area and is satisfied with the results. The Customer also confirms that the Technician has caused no adverse effects in any way shape or form to any surface and/or finish during the repair process. Such issues must be reported to our Office within 24 Hours of the Technicians visit via Email or registered Mail . C.O.D. Labour Warranty on repairs is 30 Days from the Date of repair completion. Parts Warranties differs by Manufacturers, please refer to your Owner’s Manual for details .

Elite Appliance Service warranties all COD repairs completed . COD labour is warranted for 30 calendar days from the date of repair completion. Replacement part(s) warranty varies by manufacturer; please consult your Appliance use and care manual , or product manufacturer for details. The 30 calendar day labour warranty is limited to the original workmanship of the repair completed, and is not a whole product warranty. Should this Appliance malfunction within the 30 calendar day period after it was repaired, simply contact our Office before the 30 calendar day period has elapsed and we will be happy to dispatch a technical representative to investigate the malfunction(s). Issues reported to Elite Appliance Service outside of the 30 calendar day period of original repair, will not be covered by this warranty and will be treated as a new service call and be chargeable at full rates.

This warranty will be null and void if the appliance in questions is serviced, diagnosed or repaired by anyone other than a technical representative of Elite Appliance Service within our COD Warranty period . Should an Elite Appliance technical representative investigate the malfunction (s) and find a fault in the workmanship performed by a technical representative of Elite Appliance Service , the labour fees associated to repair said malfunction(s) will be free of charge. If parts were installed during the original repair, the validity of their warranty will be governed by the replacement part warranty of the appliance manufacturer.

Should an Elite Appliance technical representative investigate the malfunction (s) and find secondary issue(s) unrelated to the workmanship performed by Elite Appliance Service he will provide you with a full report which outlines the fault(s) contributing to the secondary failure and provide you with a quote on the cost(s) associated with the repair. Repairs unrelated to the original fault which occur within the 30 calendar day labour warranty are chargeable to the customer at half of our normal flat rate fees.
